At Celtic Care Monmouth, our mission is to provide compassionate, reliable, and person-centred care that empowers individuals to live independently in the comfort and dignity of their own homes. We are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for every client through respectful, professional support tailored to individual needs, values, and preferences. Guided by our core values of empathy, integrity, and excellence, we strive to build meaningful relationships with those we serve, their families, and our local community. Assistance with washing, bathing, and dressing
Help with toileting and continence care
Support with getting in and out of bed
Hair care, shaving, and oral hygiene
